IT Auditor

**Job Title: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - IT Audit**

**Location**: Muthoot Capital Services Ltd., HO, Kochi, Kerala

**Grade**: JM4/MM1**Reporting to**: IT Auditor

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Audit Planning & Execution**:
2. **Coordination & Reporting**:

- Coordinate with external/internal auditors for audit finalization and report preparation.
- Document audit processes, procedures, and exceptions.

3. **Risk & Control Evaluation**:

- Assess risks in IT systems and propose mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate internal controls across systems for effectiveness.

4. **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Report findings to stakeholders and conduct action plan discussions.
- Follow up on committed actionable (ATR) for closure of audit findings.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related fields.
- Preferred: Certifications like CISA, CISSP, CIA, or LA-ISO 27001:2022.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years in IT auditing, particularly in NBFCs or banking.
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, and other languages (preferred).
