**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- **Excel-Based Reporting**:

- Create advanced Excel dashboards for tracking KPIs.
- Use functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables to analyze data.
- Automate repetitive tasks using formulas and macros in Excel.
- **Database Maintenance**:

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of stored data.
- Update and maintain MIS systems for better data tracking and reporting.
- **Support Functions**:

- Collaborate with different departments to fulfill data requirements.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues.

**Required Skills**:

- **Advanced Excel**: Proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, and Macros.
- **Data Analysis**: Strong ability to interpret and analyze data to derive insights.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify errors and find efficient solutions.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills to explain data insights.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Certification in Advanced Excel is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in an MIS role or data analysis.
- Freshers with excellent Excel skills are also encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
