**Role Overview**:
As our **Content Creator & Social Media Marketer**, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media channels and website. You’ll be working remotely but occasionally visiting properties for shooting videos and photos. You’ll have the freedom to get creative and share our real estate journey through content that resonates with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Capture photos and videos of properties, events, and behind-the-scenes moments to share on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- **Video Editing**: Edit simple, fun, and professional videos for property tours, client testimonials, and social media stories (using easy-to-use editing tools).
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage and post content across our social media accounts. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow our online presence.
- **Brand Representation**: Ensure all content reflects the professional, warm, and positive tone of Zeris Real Estate.

**Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For**:

- **Creativity**: You have an eye for great content and know how to capture engaging photos and videos.
- **Video Editing**: Familiar with beginner-friendly editing apps (e.g., InShot, iMovie, or Canva).
- **Social Media Savvy**: Comfortable using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and staying updated on trends.
- **Reliable & Flexible**: Able to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule. Occasional travel for property shoots is required.
- **Positive Attitude**: You’re enthusiastic about working in a supportive, professional environment and eager to help grow Zeris Real Estate’s online presence.

**Bonus (But Not Required)**:

- Experience with real estate or lifestyle content.
- A personal portfolio of social media work or content creation.
- Own equipment (smartphone, camera, or simple lighting kit).
