**_ This position will be aligned with specific business groups to proactively assist them with managing their ongoing purchase of goods and services following standard, compliant processes while ensuring the information is accurate and complete in support of other Finance operations (Compliance, Tax, Sourcing, Accounting)._**:**_ _**
**_Responsibilities_**:**_ _**
- **_Taking calls & provide resolutions to Supplier’s queries and discrepancies._**

**_ _**
- **_Work on disputed / aged invoices._**

**_ _**
- **_Invoice processing & Perform Payment Runs._**

**_ _**
- **_Creation of PR and PO & GRN(Goods Received Note) entries in the system._**

**_ _**
- **_Handle incoming queries & invoice processing._**

- **
**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**_Minimum Qualifications_**_ _**
- **_Good understanding of large ERP systems, preferably SAP_**

**_ _**
- **_Good knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience in handling Procure to Pay business processes and vendor management (Payments, Helpdesk, Invoice processing and Accounts Payable) is preferred._**

**_ _**
- **_Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Workspaces (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive)_**

**_ _**
- **_Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills_**

**_ _**
- **_Customer focused with effective verbal and written communication skills_**
