
Staff Nurse

**Patient Care**:
- Assess patients' health conditions and needs.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Provide clear explanations of medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Complete required forms and reports in a timely manner.
- **Patient Advocacy**:
- Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their needs are met.
- Address patient concerns and act as a liaison between patients and other healthcare professionals.
- **Education**:
- Provide health education to patients and their families.
- Instruct patients on self-care and preventive measures.
- Assist in the orientation and education of new nursing staff and students.
- **Safety and Infection Control**:
- Adhere to infection control protocols.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean patient environment.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards.
- **Medication Management**:
- Administer medications following established protocols.
- Monitor patients for potential side effects and adverse reactions.
- Educate patients about prescribed medications.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
- **Emergency Response**:
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing care.
- Follow established protocols for emergency situations.
- **Professional Development**:
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with nursing practices and standards.
- Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
- **Ethics and Standards**:
- Adhere to ethical standards and nursing best practices.
- Comply with policies and procedures established by the healthcare facility.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
