**Shift**: Night shift (5 days a week)

**Work Location**: Module 20, 15th Floor, Bengal Eco Intelligent Park, EM Block, Sector V, Salt Lake city.

**Work Model**: Work from Office

**Responsibilities**
- The primary task of an associate is to handle queries from customers or clients and provide them with a solution.
- Must be very effective in providing customer service mainly via chat process by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.

1. Able to understand the **English language **completely and grasp the project work quickly.

2. Able to understand the training provided by the team manager

3. Able to learn quickly with intense devotion.

4. Be a 100% team person and cooperative with teammates.

5. Sincere, dedicated, hardworking & detail Oriented.

6. Able to meet deadlines.

7. Open and compatible with the work culture of the BPO industry.

8. Must be able to do the Night Shift.

**Skills**
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Usage knowledge on Microsoft Office (Basic Word, Excel).

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience: 0-2 years (Hiring Freshers)
- Qualification: minimum 10+
- Preferred: eCommerce background is a plus with knowledge about
Returns, Refunds, RMAs and so on

**Salary**:As per industry standard

**Benefit**: Work 5 days a week, CL

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
