**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers as needed.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design project

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 5 years (preferred)
- Design: 4 years (preferred)
