**Job Title: Female Customer Care Executive - (Front Desk)**

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused **Female Customer Care Executive** to join our front-end team. This role combines customer service and reception responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while delivering excellent service to our clients and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Handle inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate department or person.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide information about company products or services and resolve any issues.
- Record and follow up on customer requests and concerns to ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle data entry, document management, and file organization.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure proper service delivery.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented and tracked in the company’s CRM system.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or reception management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage high call volumes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Fluency in Hindi, English and Marathi
