**Position**: AutoCAD Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drafting & Designing**:

- Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for high-rise building projects, including architectural, structural, and interior designs.
- Prepare layouts, plans, and blueprints as per project specifications and requirements.

**Compliance & Standards**:

- Ensure all designs adhere to GDCR (General Development Control Regulations) and other relevant building codes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate project designs with regulatory requirements.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to finalize designs.
- Modify drawings based on feedback from consultants and stakeholders.

**Project Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents based on drawings.
- Maintain an organized database of all drawings and revisions.

**Key Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and related drafting software.
- Sound knowledge of GDCR guidelines and high-rise building construction standards.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in drafting for high-rise buildings.
- Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
