Travel Operations - Leisure & Business Travel
- Responsible for all operation activities for appropriately responding to travel enquiries of leisure as well as business travel clients
- Design travel packages and prepare itineraries, quotations in line with client’s travel requirements
- Scouting suitable suppliers, vendors, service providers, DMC’s, hotels, cruise liners, booking platforms and negotiating & maintaining healthy relations with them for sourcing travel elements at competitive deals and with best quality of services to fulfill client’s requirements
- Making arrangements and reservation of hotels, resorts, cruises or any other type of accommodation, flights, transportation, events or any other travel plan related services and facilities
- Handle seamless execution of confirmed travel plan, holiday package or event bookings
- Ensure successful completion of client’s travel/ event program; troubleshooting on-tour queries
- Providing excellent customer service experience - taking care of customer escalations and helping them with appropriate resolution
- Maintain proper accounting of transactions with clients and service providers, vendors
- Maintain daily reports
- Supporting Sales function to maximize business conversion
- Sourcing promotional products, packages and promotion literature from suppliers, service providers
- Seeking client’s testimonials and reviews

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- minimum 2+ years of work experience in the Tourism industry (required)
