Gem Portal is an advanced web-based software platform that specializes in managing and organizing precious gemstone inventories, providing services to gemstone traders, wholesalers, and retailers. As a Gem Portal Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the platform, user satisfaction, and effective support to gemstone professionals.

Job Responsibilities:
1. User Support and Training:

- Assist users in navigating the platform, resolving technical issues, and answering inquiries related to gemstone inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with users and guide them through training programs to maximize their understanding and proficiency in using the Gem Portal system.

2. System Configuration and Maintenance:

- Administer and configure the Gem Portal software to meet the specific needs of clients, offering personalized solutions when necessary.
- Regularly update and maintain the Gem Portal platform, ensuring it remains up-to-date, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and fix any system-related issues promptly.

3. Data Management and Quality Assurance:

- Oversee the accurate and efficient uploading and management of gemstone inventories onto the Gem Portal platform.
- Perform regular data quality checks, ensuring the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of gemstone information.
- Collaborate with gemstone professionals to resolve any data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

4. Continuous Improvement and Training Development:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to gemstone inventory management and software platforms.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Gem Portal system by providing feedback and suggestions to the development team.
- Collaborate with other Gem Portal team members to create and update training materials, user documentation, and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support roles is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of gemstone industry, including gemstone identification, grading, and market trends, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
