
International Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Import & Export Operations:
- Oversee the end-to-end import and export process, including documentation, shipping, and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery timelines.
2. Drafting & Documentation:
- Draft, review, and edit key business documents such as contracts, agreements, purchase orders, and compliance reports.
- Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications.
3. Communication & Liaison:
- Act as the main point of contact for international suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Address inquiries, resolve disputes, and negotiate terms with global partners.
4. Market Research & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, markets, and trends in the alcoholic beverage industry.
- Prepare detailed reports on market opportunities, regulatory changes, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor industry developments and provide insights to the management team.
5. Compliance & Regulatory Coordination:
- Ensure all imports and exports adhere to country-specific regulations, including alcohol-specific requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities for permits, licenses, and certifications.
- Monitor and address changes in international trade policies that impact business operations.
6. Logistics & Supply Chain Support:
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Track shipments and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any logístical issues.
- Manage relationships with warehousing and transportation providers.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the alcoholic beverage or FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms) and customs regulations.
- Skills:
- Exceptional drafting and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.

- Proactive and resourceful in handling challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
