Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: RS Memorial College, Panipat

Number of Positions: 4

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Guide prospective students and parents about courses like D.Pharmacy, B.Pharmacy, B.Ed., BA B.Ed., B.Sc. B.Ed., B.El.Ed., D.Ed., and more.

Follow up with leads and assist them through the admission process.

Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and education fairs.

Maintain updated student records and admission reports.

Work closely with the marketing and admission teams to achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Education, Management, Communication preferred).

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in admissions/counseling will be an advantage.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.

**Salary**:
Attractive salary package with incentives based on performance (negotiable based on skills and experience).
