Qc Microbiologist

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QC Inspector - Microbiology to conduct microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products in accordance with pharmacopeial standards and company SOPs. The role demands a strong understanding of microbiological techniques and strict compliance with GMP and ISO standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, bulk, and finished products, including Total Bacterial Count (TBC), Total Yeast & Mold Count (TYMC), and Pathogen Testing.
- Perform water analysis (RO & Purified), surface swab tests, and environmental monitoring of production, filling, and packaging areas.
- Carry out media preparation, sterility testing, and microbial limit testing as per validated methods.
- Maintain records of microbial strains, cultures, and microbial identification (ID) procedures.
- Ensure all testing activities are performed in line with GMP, GLP, and ISO standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate microbiological testing documentation and reports.
- Support microbiological validations of cleanrooms, HVAC systems, and production equipment.
- Uphold hygiene practices in the lab and support sanitation and disinfection monitoring across departments.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and pharmacopeial testing.
- Familiarity with environmental monitoring and aseptic techniques.
- Accurate documentation and culture record-keeping.
- Basic understanding of cleanroom classifications and microbiological validation protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
