**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ business needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.

**Sales and Lead Conversion**:

- Address client queries and overcome objections to close sales.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

**Customer Support**:

- Guide clients through the sign-up process and package selection.
- Handle follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and service activation.

**Reporting and Feedback**:

- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the team about customer concerns or suggestions for improvement.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Intermediate or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related role (experience in B2B sales is a bonus).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language.
- **Sales Skills**: Persuasive, confident, and able to close deals effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address client concerns with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Target-Oriented**: Self-motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi, Marathi (required)
