**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled **Character Artist with paneling experience** to join our **Anime Design Team** at a leading **publications and manga anime firm**. This role requires a strong understanding of character design and visual storytelling, ideally with a deep passion for anime and character-driven narratives. You will work closely with our storyboard and layout teams to ensure characters are consistently and expressively depicted across panels. Your artistic contributions will shape the emotional tone and visual impact of each scene in our published works and animated adaptations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create expressive, dynamic character poses and facial expressions within storyboard panels.
- Ensure character proportions, anatomy, and design consistency across panels.
- Support the development of character model sheets and reference materials as needed.
- Contribute to the visual composition of scenes through thoughtful paneling and staging.
- Review and revise panels based on creative feedback from leads and directors.
- Work within tight production timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in anime, animation, manga, or related visual storytelling fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skill in character drawing, posing, and expression.
- Passion for anime, manga, and emotionally resonant, character-driven storytelling.
- Experience working with or for a publications or media firm focused on manga/anime is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
