What will your day look like?
This role is responsible for development and implementation of technology-based solutions that deliver business value, reduce/eliminate risk and enhance customer experience in Institutional Operations space.
The Business Analyst (BAU) will be responsible for preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) in Word, creating user guides, and facilitating meetings to gather requirements and feedback. They will also handle follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain clear communication across teams.
This role involves managing day-to-day business activities, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting ongoing projects
Solutions are to be delivered in an agile development environment, bound by IO Governance framework.
Knowledge of multiple alternative platforms and technologies.
Understanding of diverse IT implications of relatively abstract business requirements.
Foster collaboration across teams, functions, regions and Service centres.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
1-2 years of hands-on programming experience in process automation.
Should have experience in VBA, SQL, & MS Access
Thinks strategically and commercially, drives an adaptive, agile risk culture and motivates organisational change.
Builds trusted advisory relationships across the organisation with a strong ability to influence and succeed through collaboration, accompanied with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate on both a technical and non-technical level.
