**EXECUTIVE - HR**

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

Responsible for handling and performing the HR support functions as per the Human Resource Department process.

RELATIONSHIP

Associate Manager - HR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruitment of junior positions
- Timely recruitment of faculties for SIMS Mumbai& Superintendents for ESM India withinlead times
- To maintain a database of talent poolfor senior positions
- Conduct of orientation program on regular basis
- Co-coordinating with team leaders for completion of performance planning & appraisal of probationers
- Preparation of various letters to employees, timely & accurately
- Preparation of error free month end report on timely basis and sendit to HO
- To ensure reimbursement packets to payroll consultants are sent on timely basis
- To ensure that error free data is being sent for inclusion & deletion of employees to the insurance company on timely basis
- Timely completion of allthe exit formalities by resignees as per HR manual
- Update organogram on regular basis

**Salary**: ₹146,223.38 - ₹586,277.83 per year
