Job Details
- Work experience in Tally is a must.
- JD for Stores Executive:

- 1) Will be responsible for complete inventory management of the school.
- 2) Maintaining & keeping all the documents updated, related to receipts, issues & stock of materials.
- 3) Proper Coordination with other departments on various aspects.
- 4) Maintaining accurate records of Assets issued & received from Employees and Asset data of the school.
- 5) Need to have good knowledge on the Inventory flow process.
- 6) To manage Stores department efficiently, amicably & with high degree of motivation.
- 7) Follow-ups with purchase team for timely delivery of materials & informing the concerned person on the same.
- 8) All the bills need to be submitted to the A/c’s dept on time after verification with respect to qty & price.
- 9) Physical Verification of materials received in the campus.
- 10) Complete physical stock verification of Stores stock on Quarterly basis.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
