Responsible for delivering high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.

Should handle existing customers and make them stay with the product.

Keeping a record of calls and relevant details

Providing information to customers and resolve the customer concern to be in line with standards defined basis client policies and guidelines.

Responsible of customers to make them to continue with the company services or product

Maintains composure and patience with customers Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities

Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs.

*Qualifications:*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

1 to 5 Years Into Telesales or telemarketing or Customer Service is a must.

Hindi speaking is Mandatory

Able to multitask

Good team player

Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
