**1. Audio-Visual Operations**

a) Set up, operate, and manage audio-visual systems for events in Conference Halls, Open Auditoriums, Indoor Auditoriums, COE Meeting Halls, and Chandra Seminar Halls.

b) Ensure high-quality sound, lighting, and multimedia support for events, seminars, conferences, and meetings.

c) Coordinate with event organizers, faculty, and other departments to meet specific technical requirements for presentations.

d) Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment, sound systems, and projection setups for various events.

e) Conduct pre-event testing to ensure all equipment is fully functional and prepared before each event.

**2. Equipment Management & Maintenance**

a) Setting up, testing, and operating microphones, speakers, mixing consoles, and other audio equipment.

b) Ensuring all audio-visual (AV) systems are in working condition and troubleshooting any issues.

c) Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of audio systems.

**3. Event Support**

a) Providing audio-visual support for lectures, seminars, conferences, and cultural programs.

b) Managing sound systems during live performances, stage events, and meetings.

c) Assisting faculty and students with AV equipment setup and usage.

**4. Technical Support & Training**

a) Training staff and students on the proper use of audio-visual equipment.

b) Assisting in setting up online classes, webinars, and hybrid learning environments.

c) Coordinating with IT and media teams for integrated AV solutions.

**5. Documentation & Inventory Management**

a) Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all audio-visual and electrical equipment, ensuring proper storage, periodic testing, and calibration.

b) Maintaining records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting logs.

c) Managing inventory of audio-visual equipment and ensuring timely procurement of necessary items.

d) Track and manage spare parts, ensuring the availability of essential components for immediate use or replacement.

**6. Compliance & Safety**

a) Ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines and safety standards.

b) Preventing unauthorized access and misuse of AV systems.

**7. A/C & Electrical Maintenance**

a) Perform routine inspections and maintenance of air conditioning systems to ensure optimal cooling and ventilation in all venues.

b) Troubleshoot and carry out repairs or replacements for A/C units and related components as needed.

c) Oversee general electrical maintenance, including lighting, wiring, circuit boards, and power distribution across the institution.

d) Respond to emergency electrical issues and resolve them promptly to maintain operational continuity.

**8. Additional Responsibilities**:
a) Assist in planning and implementing upgrades or new installations to enhance the institution’s technical infrastructure.

b) Provide training or technical guidance to faculty and staff on basic A/V equipment usage when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,318.72 - ₹20,000.00 per month
