**Managing Student Inquiries**

**Application Processing**
- Track and manage essential documentation, including transcripts and test scores.

**Admission Guidance**
- Support applicants and their families throughout the enrollment journey.

**Event Coordination**
- Plan and participate in admission-related events such as campus tours, open houses, and information sessions.
- Represent the institution at external recruitment fairs and educational events.

**Data & Records Management**
- Prepare reports to monitor admission trends and evaluate performance against targets.

**Policy Compliance**
- Ensure admission practices align with institutional policies and relevant regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in education policies and incorporate them into admission processes.

**Collaboration & Strategy**
- Partner with the marketing team to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with academic departments to address specific applicant needs or concerns.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Gather and analyze feedback from applicants and newly enrolled students to enhance the admission process.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in admissions, student counseling, or customer service preferred.

**Key Skills**
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
