The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and streamlining administrative processes and support services to ensure smooth operations within the school. This role acts as a liaison between different departments and plays a key role in maintaining documentation, communication, and compliance with institutional policies.

**Key Responsibilities: Office Coordination & Administration**
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative efficiency.
- Maintain staff attendance and leave records in coordination with HR.
- Coordinate logistics for school meetings, events, and official visits.
- Ensure office supplies and materials are adequately stocked and managed.

**Facility & Vendor Management**
- Coordinate with **admission housekeeping, transport, security, and maintenance teams for upkeep of the campus.**:

- Support procurement processes and vendor coordination in consultation with the Admin Head.
- Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and vendor performance.

**Compliance & Policy Adherence**
- Ensure adherence to school policies, safety standards, and administrative protocols.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring administrative SOPs.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
