**QC Executive**

**Position: 2**

**Reports to: QC Executive**

**Job Location: Plot No.4002, GIDC Vatva, Ahmedabad**

**Qualification: Bsc Msc Graduate or equivalent Experience**

**Experience: 1-4 year**

**Pay and Perks: Best in the industry**

**Gender Preference: Male/Female Both**

**Roles and Responsibilities: -**
- Accurately records incoming raw materials and randomly pulls samples for inspection.
- Inspects items to parameters listed on drawings or quality specification sheets. - Is adept in utilizing pin gauges, rulers, micrometres, snap gauges, callipers, microscopes, and other inspection equipment.
- Performs material status changes in the ERP system.
- Initiates nonconforming material reports or receiving rejection notices for all items not meeting their appropriate specifications.
- Performs manufacturing audits to ensure that manufacturing procedures are properly followed and that products are tested in accordance with approved test plans.
- Reviews Lot History Records for completeness and accuracy.
- Performs computer transactions in the ERP system, verifies lot number and/or serial number traceability of all components, sub-assemblies and finished goods.
- Works closely with the Production Staff to maintain smooth operations through adherence to procedures and all applicable regulatory standards. Notifies supervision if corrective actions are required.
- Assists in the generation of quality reports.
- Maintains security and integrity of Quarantined components and devices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with

healthcare professionals.
- **Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred**.
- Should have good negotiation power
- Should have ability and desire for Territory manager profile with confident and

determined approach
- Should be self-motived and ambitious in achieving goals
- Should be skilled to work both in team and on individual basis
- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets
- Should be able to escalate company norms to the executives

Pay: ₹15,109.77 - ₹18,021.45 per month
