Job Title:
SAP MOC & WCM Consultant (ESG - SCT) - 100% Remote

Position Details:

- Working Hours: Indian Standard Time (IST)
- Experience Required: 8-10 Years
- Availability: Immediate Joining
- Employment Type: Full-time (Urgent Requirement)

Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP MOC (Management of Change):

- Configure and customize SAP MOC processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Implement and support MOC workflows, including risk assessments, action tracking, and approvals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MOC practices with organizational objectives.

2. SAP WCM (Work Clearance Management):

- Implement and maintain WCM solutions to manage and optimize work permits, isolations, and operational safety processes.
- Ensure integration of WCM with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and other related modules.
- Support end-users in understanding and effectively using WCM features and functionalities.

3. ESG and Sustainability:

- Integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and SCT (Sustainability and Circular Transition) considerations into SAP MOC & WCM configurations.
- Develop solutions to track and report ESG-related KPIs using SAP tools.

4. Project Support and Enhancements:

- Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, and go-live support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices in SAP MOC & WCM modules.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP users.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Deliver end-user training and develop documentation for MOC and WCM processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Expertise:

- Proficient in SAP MOC and WCM modules with hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP PM, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), and integration points with MOC & WCM.
- Domain Knowledge:

- Familiarity with ESG principles, sustainability metrics, and compliance requirements in industrial operations.
- Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in SAP EHS, MOC, or WCM.
- Experience in ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives using SAP tools.
- Exposure to IST time zone working and remote collaboration.
