StanceCode Technology Private Limited is looking for a talented **Graphic Designer (Meme Specialist)** to join our team. We want someone who can blend humor, creativity, and design skills to craft highly shareable content that resonates with online communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching memes, GIFs, and social media content that engage audiences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, internet culture, and pop-culture references to design fresh, relevant, and on-point content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to brainstorm and develop meme strategies that align with our brand and products.
- Design graphics for digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials with a humorous or viral twist.
- Maintain and adapt to a unique, consistent visual identity for memes across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design tools to create high-quality meme content.
- Monitor meme performance and adjust design strategies based on insights and data.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times on meme creation to capitalize on trending moments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on memes, social media content, or viral marketing.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of internet humor, meme culture, and the social media landscape.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics, typography, color, and composition.
- Ability to adapt design style to fit various themes and audiences.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing meme-related work and social media content creation is a must.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with video editing or motion graphics (GIFs, short videos).
