Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for IIT/NEET Faculty (Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Mathematics) located in Chennai. As an IIT/NEET Faculty, you will be responsible for designing and delivering lectures that cater to students' academic and intellectual development. You should ensure that the course content and delivery align with industry and academic standards set by government and regulatory bodies

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics

Excellent Communication and Presentation skills in English and regional languages

Ability to incorporate innovative teaching strategies and tools to make learning enjoyable and engaging

Experience in designing and developing study material for national level entrance exams like JEE and NEET is a plus

Good problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills

Comfortable in working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders and strive to maintain good relationships with parents and students
