**Opening for RSM South India**

**Base Location: Tamilnadu, Karnataka**

**Responsibility: Take care of entire South India**

**Prefer Industry : Rice Milling Industries, Boilers, EPC sales Experience Etc.**

**Oualification: Diploma Mechanical/ B.E Mechanical or anyone having vast experience on same domain**

**Year of Experience: At least 12+ years expiance.**

**CTC: Upto 12-14LPA(Dependes on his Current CTC)**

**Role**
- To head up the SALES Function for the Company.._

**Job Expectation**

**_To drive Profitable Topline of the Company, in the Rice Milling Industry_**

**Responsibilities**
- Building and nurturing a BD, Sales and Service Organization
- To continue and uphold the positioning of the Induss Brand as the Technology Innovator and leader in the sector.
- To develop long term relations with existing customer base
- To develop a new customer base
- To put in place a strong Customer Service Orientation and Processes
- To develop a strong working relationship with hub-specific liasioning agents who should be encouraged to prefer Induss over other brands.
- Creating and building a sales culture which would drive quality of sales which can be sustained for a longer period of time.
- Creating and building a Customer Service Culture which would drive customer satisfaction levels and ensure upselling as well as repeat orders.
- Build excellent working relationship with cross functional teams like finance/Logistics/Supply chain/ Production planning for smooth backend operations which would fuel sales.

**Requirements: Education and Experience**
- Engineer from a reputed Institute
- 12+ years of experience in Food and Allied Industries at a senior level.
- To have managed a team of at least 10 people
- Experience in working in a Regional role and well versed with key rice bowl area.
- Excellent financial acumen with competency of quoting to the clients.
- Maximum age will be 40 years.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- IT Literacy including working with ERP.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
