**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Draft tailored proposals that highlight our agency’s expertise and service offerings.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant solutions.
- Follow up on proposals and maintain consistent communication with clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and convert leads into long-term contracts.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and project acquisition.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution once the project is won.
- Stay updated with industry trends and freelance platform policies to improve bidding strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Online Bidder in a digital marketing agency or IT services company.
- Strong knowledge of bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, etc.).
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with international clients (USA, UK, Australia).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
