**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 Year in Team Handling/Operations

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day offline operations.
- Lead and support a team of employees, ensuring productivity and discipline.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide feedback.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain and analyze reports for performance, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Train new team members and ensure consistent upskilling of the team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a similar role (team handling/operations).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Graduation in any discipline (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹20k to 25k per month (based on experience)**Working Days**: 6 days a week**Shift Timing**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
