- **Hygiene and Safety**:Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen, adhering to all relevant regulations.
- **Innovation**:Innovating with new recipes while preserving traditional cooking methods, ensuring the Halwai's creations are both fresh and authentic.
