**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Reporting To**: Owner

**About the Job**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable home décor items (furniture, curtains, lighting, accessories, etc.).
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Maintain knowledge of current product range and new arrivals.
- Help in visual merchandising and keeping the showroom attractive and organized.
- Follow up with clients for inquiries, orders, and after-sales service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Handle billing and work with the POS system.
- Coordinate with delivery and stock teams to ensure timely product dispatch.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of retail sales experience (preferably in furniture or home décor).
- Good communication skills in [Insert required languages - e.g., English, Hindi, local language].
- Presentable appearance and polite behavior.
- Interest or background in home décor or interior design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Hours**:
[Insert Work Timing - e.g., 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 6 days a week]
