Accounts Executive

**Main Responsibilities**:
Responsible for Overall Accounting of Warehouse and FTWZ Operations including preparation of IR Sheet for Warehouse and FTWZ Shipments and Daily accounting of Import transaction (Miro Posting in SAP)
Assist in accounting functions including maintenance of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, CAPEX (Fixed Assets and Demo), ensuring 100% accuracy and adhering to the timeliness.
Weekly CHA Reconciliation & ensuring documentation and approval as per Company Policy, before accounting and releasing the payments to vendors.
Singapore and Finland Reconciliation & Resolving GIT transactions by follow up with Customer Operations Team
Assist in overall vendor management including Vendor Invoice booking and ensuring statutory compliance of TDS, GST on vendor invoices booked.
Assist in coordinating the activities of internal / statutory auditors and timely completion of Statutory audit and Internal Audit.
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. and Indian GAAP accounting
Assist in developing and maintaining finance and accounting policies in alignment with statutory requirements and systems of internal controls to safeguard the financial assets of the organization.
Assisting in Preparing various Audit Schedules during Statutory Audit.
Assist in maintaining records of Intercompany transactions with Group Entities and journal entries in SAP.
Working on new initiatives/projects including automations in SAP.
**Education / Work Experience**:
Commerce Graduate/CA Inter with minimum 3-4 years of Work Experience.
**Special requirements\Skills\Attributes**:
Mandatory SAP knowledge Eye for detail. Excellent MS Excel Skill Experience of accounting principles. Should be able to multitask and give timely result.
