Key Responsibilities:

- Answering customer questions about products, promotions, and policies.

- **Store Operations**:

- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Receiving and processing inventory shipments.
- Assisting with visual merchandising and displays.
- Performing regular price audits.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Monitoring sales floor to identify potential issues.
- **Other Duties**:

- Operating cash registers and other POS systems.
- Participating in store promotions and sales events.
- Following store policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
