**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Conduct continuous formative and summative assessments as per IGCSE guidelines.

- Prepare and analyze progress reports and share insights with parents during conferences.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Encourage positive behavior and promote respect and understanding among students.
- Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure active participation and engagement.
- **Parental Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s academic progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Involve parents in the learning process through workshops, meetings, and newsletters.
- Address parental concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Extracurricular and Co-curricular Activities**:

- Plan and participate in school events, including sports days, cultural programs, and field trips.
- Organize and lead activities that enhance students' creativity, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Mentor students in competitions and projects aligned with the IGCSE philosophy.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and IGCSE standards.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs as required by the school or Cambridge board.
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
