**Key Responsibilities:1. Lesson Planning and Delivery**
- Prepare and deliver age-appropriate math lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and guidelines (CBSE, ICSE, IB, or state board).
- Use a variety of teaching methods to ensure students understand mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and basic geometry.
- Incorporate activities, games, and real-life examples to make math learning interactive and fun.

**2. Student Assessment**
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, homework, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their understanding and skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and share regular updates with parents and school management.

**3. Classroom Management**
- Establish and maintain a disciplined and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage student participation and ensure all students are actively engaged in the learning process.
- Manage classroom resources effectively, including math tools, teaching aids, and technology.

**4. Individualized Support**
- Identify and address individual learning needs, including supporting students who may struggle with specific concepts.
- Offer additional support to gifted students to challenge and develop their skills further.

**5. Professional Development**
- Stay updated on modern teaching strategies, curriculum changes, and educational trends in mathematics teaching.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and school meetings to improve teaching effectiveness.

**6. Collaboration**
- Coordinate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Contribute to school events, such as math fairs, exhibitions, or extracurricular activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
