**Job Title**: Liaison Officer - Construction Industry
**Location**: New Delhi
**Job Type**: Intermittent
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Establishing Relationships**: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, clients, government agencies, and community members.
- **Communication**: Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the construction project.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate and organize meetings, site visits, and project updates.
- **Feedback Management**: Relay and manage feedback, concerns, or needs from one organization to another.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations concerning building operations, maintenance, and construction.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resolve issues, problems, or requests from different parties promptly and efficiently.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports to update relevant parties on the progress of projects or initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Any Degree with Min 5 Years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Liaison Officer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to construction.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
