**Role description**:
Purpose of the Job:(Iron Ore)
- Understanding of iron ore beneficiation plant operation
- New beneficiation project evaluation and execution
- Iron ore beneficiation plant commissioning and/or process optimisation by implementing improvement/Research ideas.
- Experience of improving plant performance through systematic plant trials
- Work closely with plant in development and implementation
- Completion of R&D projects on time
- Develop research collaboration in this area and help other researchers
- Plant commissioning knowledge/experience will be an advantage
- Mass balance calculations/or P&ID drawings
- Experience in beneficiation process
- Must have hands on experience in Flotation/Dewatering/Grinding
- Patents and Publications will be an advantage
- Good Knowledge of mathematical models, code writing
Job Responsibility:
Plant calculations/mass balance calculations/PFD
Lab scale and large-scale execution of research projects
Managing and handling of advanced research equipment’s
Collaboration with operation’s people to support daily operation
Plant commissioning and/or process optimisation by implementing improvement ideas.
Completion of R&D projects on time
**Skills**:

- Proven experience in Beneficiation Plant Operations
- Experience in Project implementations,Lab scale/pilot scale experimentation.
- Publications
- Knowledge of Mathematical models, coding.
- Work as a team member.

Educational qualifications:
- ME/M Tech/Ph.D.(Mech/Chem Engg./Metallurgy/Mineral Engineering)
Relevant experience:5 years of relevant work experience post M.Tech/Ph.D.
