About the Role:
This position entails selecting vendors and suppliers for materials, procurement ofAssets and tools, and sourcing indirect materials. Seek and purchase products andServices at the best possible price and value. Purchasing or procurement ofConstruction and construction-related materials. Possess good exposure in thePreparation of purchase orders and work orders, handle procurement for multipleProjects simultaneously, train and mentor procurement team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research potential Vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Managing the purchasing process, Cost control and budget management.
- Conducting market research, maintaining supplier relationship.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Provide support in the office administration and facilities management.
- Proven work experience as a purchasing Officer, purchasing agent or similar role
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaisingwith vendors)Understanding of supply chain procedures
- In charge of department manager calendar management.
- You are able to work independently, adapt to changing circumstances, and self
- motivated to develop and quickly learn.
- You are familiar with invoice handling and other basic tools used by Volvo is a plus.
