**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify leads
- Explain our products and services to potential customers
- Overcome objections and set appointments for our sales team
- Use lead generation tools and databases to find new prospects
- Document all call information accurately and timely
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with our services
- Meet weekly and monthly call target goals

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Marathi
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
- Ability to learn and use lead generation tools and databases
- Being a fast and accurate typist will be an added advantage
- A computer and reliable internet connection to work from home.
