**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and systems
- Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Coordinate with management to schedule preventive maintenance
- Travel to multiple branch locations as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a maintenance or technician role
- Ability and willingness to **commute to different branch locations**:

- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
