Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at **Sanjeevani Infrabuild** in the **Interior Products**division.

The **Sales Executive** will be responsible for promoting and selling our interior design products to potential clients, including office owners, businesses, and contractors.

**He should have a Good knowledge of interior design Carpets and Flooring.**

This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of interior design trends of Offices and Institutional works.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, networking and Architects.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions in interior design.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
- **Product Knowledge**:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design, Carpets and Flooring.
- Understand the full range of products and services offered by the company, including flooring, wall finishes, and custom designs.
- **Presentations**:

- Conduct engaging and informative presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s products and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and design solutions that meet the client's requirements and budget.
- **Collaboration with Design and Project Teams**:

- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately understood and delivered.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Report on sales performance and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, & Marketing Preferably in building Material Industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Having Good connects with architect
- **Education**:

- Any degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with project management/ Architects/ Designers or coordinating interior design projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: at HO, Jasola, New Delhi
