- Responsibilities_
- _Understanding of all aspects of Cash allocation in accordance with customer remittances including deep validation experience and report out to business._
- _Cash Application Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances._
- _Collaborating closely between all entities of AR (different entities) and keep track of all aged receivables including current ageing buckets._
- _Act as Subject Matter Specialist for the AR processes, complete know-how and understanding of the AR value chain. Experience of working with a real estate client will be a preference._
- _Create and update the Standard Operations Procedure and other updates received from time to time._
- _Should be able to deal with clients for any query or information._
- _Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution._
- _Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund_

- Minimum qualifications_
- _B. Com or M. Com with a major in Finance and Accounting._
- _Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical skills & highly proactive approach._
