Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales order processes, overseeing order fetching from CRM systems, consolidating orders, and amending details such as price, quantity, and product codes.
- Manage order placement, consolidation, and fulfilment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and effective communication with the dispatch and production departments.
- Act as the single point of contact for Key Account Managers (KAMs) to review and enhance order fulfilment KPIs, monitor inventory turns, and coordinate with the sales team for promotions and trend analysis. Address issues related to stock levels, including expiries, quality issues, and manage stock exposure at different points of sale.
- Generate MIS reports on order loss and inventory value and manage stock to avoid overstocking and understocking.
- Collaborate with KAMs, dispatch coordinators, and accounts/finance departments to resolve invoice and pricing issues and ensure targets for economical order quantities are met.
- Monitor vehicle turnaround time and bottlenecks in goods receipt and maintain system accuracy.
- Provide feedback on warehousing and logistics partners, assess sales and dispatch performance, and manage your team’s recruitment, evaluation, training, and appraisals.
- Rationalize forecasts and manage the cash conversion cycle through effective sales channel strategies and real-time demand management.
- Enhance IT infrastructure to address real-life concerns and opportunities.
