**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop Script Content**:
- Write and create survey questions, focus group scripts, and interview guides for market research purposes.
- Ensure questions are clear, concise, and designed to yield actionable insights.
- **Collaborate with Research Teams**:
- Work closely with market researchers, analysts, and clients to understand study goals, target demographics, and the type of data needed.
- Adjust scripts based on research objectives and audience profiles.
- **Ensure Clarity and Accuracy**:
- Proofread and edit scripts to ensure there is no ambiguity, confusion, or bias in the questions.
- Maintain consistency in tone, language, and style across all scripts.
- **Customize for Various Platforms**:
- Tailor scripts to suit different platforms and mediums, such as online surveys, phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and focus groups.
- Adapt language and structure based on the format and delivery method.
- **Maintain Ethical Standards**:
- Ensure all scripts comply with ethical standards in market research, including clear consent and confidentiality policies.
- Ensure transparency and fairness in question framing to avoid leading or biased questions.
- **Data Interpretation Support**:
- Work closely with market research analysts to understand the desired outcomes of the data collection process.
- Adjust scripts based on feedback and data needs, helping to refine questions for better clarity and more actionable results.
- **Script Testing and Refinement**:
- Test scripts using pilot groups or focus tests to gather feedback on clarity, tone, and question effectiveness.
- Revise scripts based on feedback to improve the quality of data collection.
- **Monitor Industry Trends**:
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in market research methodologies, scriptwriting, and consumer behavior analysis.
- Integrate new findings and techniques to improve the overall quality of research scripts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in market research, scriptwriting, or related fields.
- Experience with different market research methods such as qualitative and quantitative research.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Strong knowledge of market research methods and data collection techniques.
- Ability to craft unbiased, clear, and concise questions.
- Familiarity with online survey tools and market research platforms.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in teams.
- Analytical mindset to understand the context of data and adjust scripts accordingly.
- Familiarity with industry ethical guidelines and research standards.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
