**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform precise pipetting and sample preparation for various lab tests and experiments.
- Assist in conducting têxtile quality control tests, including colorfastness, tensile strength, and chemical composition.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory procedures and results.
- Ensure all lab equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to support ongoing projects.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting, particularly with pipetting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and best practices.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
