**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven Video Editor** to join our growing team. This role involves producing high-impact video content, managing a rich library of media assets, and optimizing visual content for digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping Ayurooms’ visual identity while enjoying flexibility in your work schedule. While hours are flexible, **strict adherence to deadlines** is non-negotiable. This is a **remote, full-time role** with **weekend availability** expected due to the nature of our workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and YouTube.
- Edit and optimize photos for digital use—resizing, retouching, and enhancing as needed.
- Maintain and organize the company’s photo and video library for easy access and team collaboration.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and partnerships teams to bring content visions to life.
- Ensure all content aligns with Ayurooms’ luxury wellness branding and tone.
- Proactively suggest creative ideas, content formats, and video strategies.
- Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple projects.
- Adapt to feedback and changes efficiently while maintaining a high standard of output.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Editing resort footage into promotional and testimonial-style videos.
- Producing Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts from long-form content.
- Creating video content from static images and motion graphics.
- Optimizing visuals for the website, social media, and digital ads.
- Implementing branded transitions, intros, subtitles, and music.
- Organizing media files in cloud storage for efficient team access.
- Supporting the content calendar with timely video production and uploads.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience in video editing (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing tools.
- Basic photo editing skills using Photoshop, Canva, or Lightroom.
- Strong file management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work on weekends (with flexible hours).
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Interest in wellness, Ayurveda, or travel is a bonus.
