We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Female Tele caller to join our team as a Call Receiver. As a Call Receiver, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls and providing assistance with inquiries, requests, and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills and professional telephone etiquette will contribute to delivering outstanding customer service experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Listen attentively to customer needs, providing accurate and appropriate information or routing calls to the relevant department.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to handle common customer queries effectively.
- Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Call Receiver, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
- Respect for customer confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
