**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit video content for various platforms including web, social media, and broadcast.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to achieve the desired end result.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
- Create rough and final cuts.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut).
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- BS degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in color grading and sound mixing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to take and follow direction, while also having a creative eye for improvements.

Job Description for Videographer

**Position**: Videographer

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Videographer to join our team. The Videographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that tells a story and effectively communicates the intended message. You will work closely with the creative team to produce videos that align with the company’s vision and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate video cameras, on location or in the studio, in the production of professional pre-recorded programming.
- Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client.
- Film videos on set or on location.
- Ensure the equipment for a shoot is present and working.
- Plan the shoot with the creative team and client.
- Direct other camera operators so that the needed footage is acquired.
- Edit footage in post-production.
- Set up and break down recording equipment before and after use.
- Ensure all filming equipment is ready and in proper working order.
- Discuss filming logistics and schedules with clients and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours.
- Proficiency with camera equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a critical mind.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Degree in film studies, cinematography, or a related field.
- Experience in directing and cinematography.
- Knowledge of various video formats and output settings.
- Strong portfolio of previous work.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work in various conditions including outdoors.
- Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹10,648.10 - ₹37,843.64 per month
