**Position Overview**:
The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting Nivasa & Partners' extensive range of furniture and interior products. This individual will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their furniture and interior design needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of Nivasa & Partners' product range, including furniture types, materials, design options, and pricing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- **Sales Reporting and Administration**:

- Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that client specifications and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the field.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or retail industry.
- Experience with B2B and B2C sales, including experience in managing large accounts and complex sales cycles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Attributes**:

- Passion for interior design and furniture, with a keen eye for trends and quality.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
